Pure Happiness Travel, LLC dba Dena Harris Travel, herein referred simply as Dena Harris Travel, or “the agency” acts merely as an agent of suppliers of travel-related services including, but not limited to, tour companies, hotels, cruise lines, charter bus companies, railroads, and contractors providing transportation, accommodations, and related services, all which are herein referred to as the “supplier.” Since such services are not directly supplied by Dena Harris Travel, the agency shall not assume any responsibility for breach of contract of any deliberate or careless commission or omissions on the part of suppliers that leads to loss, damage, delay or injury to a client, their companions, or any of their group members.

Dena Harris Travel will be responsible for booking and arranging travel related services. The travelers will be fully responsible for reviewing confirmation, documentation, and itineraries as soon as they receive them and immediately notify the agency of any errors and/or discrepancies.

Dena Harris Travel shall not assume any responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses to travelers resulting from terrorist activities, social or labor unrest or any other failures resulting from human error, neither shall it take any responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from climatic conditions, earthquakes or any other natural calamities.

By making deposit or payment, the traveler consents to all the agency’s terms, conditions and this agency disclaimer. This holds true for the traveler’s companions whom the traveler has taken the responsibility to register and pay for. The traveler also agrees to assume all risks involved in their travel, expected or unexpected. The agency hereby warns travelers of such risks and it is at their discretion to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them.

Pure Happiness Travel, LLC dba Dena Harris Travel shall not take any responsibilities for: a) Variations of any form by the suppliers of itineraries, air carrier, routing, departure time or return time and any other modification thereof b) Any fluctuations in travel fees, rates, surcharges and price differentials c) Any cancellation of services by the supplier of their responsibility to arrange transport, hotel and other accommodations d) Disappointment of any form be it death, divorce, injury, ailments, calamities, expenses or defects resulting from client’s travel.

Please note: Dena Harris Travel is not the organizer, host, or promoter of the “VIP on the River” boat party. I am acting solely as a third-party ticket reseller, offering this experience as part of your Essence Festival package through a preferred vendor relationship.

By Purchasing a ticket to this event through me, you acknowledge and agree that Dena Harris Travel will not be held responsible for any issues, incidents, or changes related to the event, including but not limited to:

• Event delays or cancellations;
• Changes in event details or amenities;
• Mechanical issues or breakdowns with the boat;
• Personal injuries, losses, or accidents;
• Any unforeseen circumstances beyond my control’
• All event operations, safety, policies, and liability remain fully under the responsibility of the official event organizer, VIP on the River.
• All concerns or issues related to the boat party must be directed to the event organizer. No refunds or compensation will be issued by Dena Harris Travel for any circumstances arising from or related to this event.
